The Huawei P30 is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy A31, getting a overall score of 81.7 against 81.3. Both of these devices have the same Android 10 OS (Operating System). The Huawei P30 construction is lighter and thinner than the Samsung Galaxy A31, although it was released around a year before.
