Comparison review
Galaxy Fold is much better than the Huawei P30, with a global score of 97.6 against 81.7. These phones come with Android operating system, but Galaxy Fold has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Huawei P30 has Android 10 version, counting with a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks. Galaxy Fold's body is a little bit thinner but a lot heavier than Huawei P30, and both were only released with a couple months difference.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with a bit faster processor than Huawei P30, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy Fold also has more RAM. The Huawei P30 counts with a little more vivid display than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a little smaller screen and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a little bit greater pixels count per display inch.
The Huawei P30 counts with a superior camera than Galaxy Fold, because although it has worse video frame rates and a smaller aperture which is not favorable for taking images and videos in low-light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Huawei P30 also counts with a back camera with lot more megapixels and a lot larger sensor providing a lot better image quality.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with a superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P30, because it has 384 GB more internal storage. Galaxy Fold counts with greater battery lifetime than Huawei P30, because it has 4380mAh of battery capacity instead of 3650mAh.
Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei P30, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei P30. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy Huawei P30, and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
