Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy M40 has a score of 85, which is just a bit better than Huawei P30's overall score of 81.7. Both phones in our current comparison work with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't notice any differences in that aspect. Although it's the best we compare here, we must tell that it's also a just a little thicker and a little heavier phone.
The Huawei P30 counts with a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy M40, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Huawei P30 also counts with a just a bit better amount of pixels per inch of display. The Galaxy M40 counts with much more storage capacity for apps and games than Huawei P30, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy M40 also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
Huawei P30 has a bit better CPU than Galaxy M40. Both have the same number of cores and 6 GB of RAM memory. Huawei P30 takes clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy M40, because although it has a tinier camera aperture, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the Huawei P30 also counts with a better 40 megapixels resolution back-facing camera and a way larger back-facing camera sensor shooting lot higher quality photos.
The Huawei P30 has just a bit longer battery performance than Galaxy M40, because it has a 3650mAh battery capacity.
