Comparison review
Huawei P30 is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, having a general score of 81.7 against 77.8. Although the Huawei P30 is just a bit heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, it's thinner and notably newer. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but the Huawei P30 has older 10 version while Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport has Android 4.4.2 version.
The Huawei P30 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy S5 Sport, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a higher number of cores and more RAM. The Galaxy S5 Sport features a much better looking screen than Huawei P30, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a little better display density.
Huawei P30 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S5 Sport, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal memory. The Huawei P30 features better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a 30% more battery capacity.
Huawei P30 has a superior camera than Galaxy S5 Sport, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Huawei P30 also has a bigger camera aperture to take better low light captures, a way larger back camera sensor taking way higher quality photos and a much higher resolution back-facing camera.
Although Huawei P30 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy S5 Sport, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S5 Sport. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Galaxy S5 Sport, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your money.
