Galaxy Z Flip is slightly better than Huawei P30, having a general score of 88.5 against 81.7. Both phones in this review have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Z Flip has a newer 12 version and Huawei P30 has Android 10 version, so it gives you some additional features. The Galaxy Z Flip is a newer and a little bit thinner device than Huawei P30, but it's also a little bit heavier.
Galaxy Z Flip counts with a slightly better looking display than Huawei P30, because it has a quite bigger screen, a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2636px and a just a bit more pixels per inch of display. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip features much more storage for games and applications than Huawei P30, because it has 256 GB internal memory.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip counts with a little better performance than Huawei P30, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip also has a higher amount of RAM. Huawei P30 has a better camera than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has slower video frame rates, and they both have the same video definition and a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Huawei P30 also counts with a lot better 40 megapixels resolution camera in the back and a way larger back-facing camera sensor taking much higher quality photos.

If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy Huawei P30, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
