Comparison review
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a general score of 82.2, which is slightly better than the Huawei P30's 81.7 general score. Despite being the best cellphone we are comparing, we must highlight that it's also a incredibly heavier and a lot thicker cellphone. Xperia XZ2 Premium has a much sharper screen than Huawei P30, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a much better 2160 x 3840 resolution and a way greater count of pixels per inch of display.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium has a better storage capacity for applications and games than Huawei P30, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 400 GB. The Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with just a little better hardware performance than Huawei P30. They have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores.
The Huawei P30 has just a bit better battery life than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has a 3650mAh battery size. Huawei P30 takes much clearer photographs and videos than Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the same (4K) video quality and a same size aperture, the Huawei P30 also has a way more megapixels back facing camera and a way larger back camera sensor shooting way higher quality videos and photos.
Although Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei P30, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei P30. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Huawei P30, giving up a couple features and specifications.
