The Huawei P30 has an overall score of 81.7, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's 79 score. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P30 has older 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has Android 11 version. The Huawei P30 body is thinner and lighter than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, despite of the fact that it was released around a year before.
Huawei P30 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P30 also has more RAM. The Huawei P30 features just a bit better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit greater number of pixels per inch in the screen.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features more storage for games and applications than Huawei P30, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 512 GB. Huawei P30 counts with a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a worse (4K) video definition and a worse resolution camera in the back, and they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Huawei P30 also counts with a larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a way better battery duration than Huawei P30, because it has a 5020mAh battery size instead of 3650mAh.
Although Huawei P30 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei P30, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, giving up some specifications.
