Huawei Mate 20 RS Porsche Design is a bit better than Huawei P40 lite 5G, having an 87.7 score against 83.4. Both devices in this review come with Android OS, but the Huawei Mate 20 RS Porsche Design has newer 9.0 Pie version while Huawei P40 lite 5G has Android 10 version, offering some nice extra features and increased performance. The Huawei Mate 20 RS Porsche Design is an older and somewhat thicker phone than the Huawei P40 lite 5G, but Huawei could make it just a little lighter anyway.
Huawei Mate 20 RS Porsche Design features a bit more powerful processing unit than Huawei P40 lite 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Mate 20 RS Porsche Design also has a larger amount of RAM.
