Comparison review
Huawei P40 lite 5G is just a bit better than the Huawei nova 5T, getting an 83.4 score against 80.8. Although the Huawei P40 lite 5G is newer than Huawei nova 5T, it's a little bit thicker and a little heavier. Both phones in this review use the same Android 10 operating system, so they should count with identical operating system features.
Huawei nova 5T features a little sharper display than Huawei P40 lite 5G, because although it has a bit lower 1080 x 2340 resolution and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit better pixels amount in each inch of display. Huawei nova 5T counts with a little better hardware performance than Huawei P40 lite 5G. Both of them have the same number of cores and a 6 GB RAM memory.
The Huawei nova 5T counts with a bit better camera than Huawei P40 lite 5G, although it has a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a lot worse 48 MP resolution back facing camera, they both have the same aperture. Huawei P40 lite 5G and Huawei nova 5T count with very similar memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos, both of them have the same internal storage capacity.
The Huawei P40 lite 5G features a bit better battery life than Huawei nova 5T, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3750mAh.
