Comparison review
The Huawei P40 is just a bit better than the Huawei P40 lite 5G, getting a score of 86.4 against 83.4. Both phones in this comparison review have the same Android 10 OS (operating system). Even when Huawei P40 and Huawei P40 lite 5G were released with only a couple months difference, Huawei P40 is just a little lighter and a bit thinner.
The Huawei P40 has a bit faster CPU than Huawei P40 lite 5G. Both have 8 processing cores and the same RAM amount. Huawei P40 features a little bit better display than Huawei P40 lite 5G, because although it has a bit smaller display and a little worse 1080 x 2340px resolution, it also counts with a little bit greater pixel density.
The Huawei P40's storage for games and applications is just as good as the Huawei P40 lite 5G one, both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Huawei P40 lite 5G features a little longer battery life than Huawei P40, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity. Huawei P40 shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Huawei P40 lite 5G, although it has a camera with lot less MP, a worse 3840x2160 video definition and a smaller aperture which is not nice for low light photography and videos.
