The Apple iPhone 6s Plus is a bit better than the Huawei P40 Lite, getting an 84.2 score against 79.5. The Apple iPhone 6s Plus works with iOS 9.x OS, and Huawei P40 Lite counts with Android 10 OS. The Apple iPhone 6s Plus design is thinner than Huawei P40 Lite, but it's a little heavier and was released many years before.
The iPhone 6s Plus features a brighter screen than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit better number of pixels in each display inch. The iPhone 6s Plus features just a little better processing power than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has 4 GB less RAM and a lower number of cores, it also counts with an extra graphics processor and a 64 bits CPU.
Huawei P40 Lite shoots much clearer videos and photos than Apple iPhone 6s Plus, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a much higher 48 megapixels resolution back camera, a bigger diafragm aperture for better low-light photos and video and a way bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing much higher quality videos and photos.

If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get Huawei P40 Lite, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most with your money.
