Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Lite is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 8, having a 79.5 score against 77.4. Huawei P40 Lite's design is extremely newer and just a bit lighter, but just a bit thicker than the Huawei Mate 8. Huawei Mate 8's processor is very similar to the processing unit in Huawei P40 Lite, and although the Huawei Mate 8 has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores.
Huawei P40 Lite counts with a little bit better looking screen than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a slightly higher 1080 x 2310 resolution, a little bit greater pixels density and a little bit bigger screen. The Huawei P40 Lite has a much better camera than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has slower video frame rate, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Huawei P40 Lite also counts with a bigger camera aperture to take better low light photography and video and a back facing camera with a way higher resolution.
Huawei Mate 8 has a way bigger memory for apps and games than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Huawei Mate 8 also has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB. Huawei P40 Lite has just a bit longer battery duration than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a 4200mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.
The Huawei P40 Lite is not only the best phones in our current comparison, but it's also very cheap compared to the other ones, making this phone an obvious call.
