Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Lite is just a bit better than Huawei P30 Lite, with a 79.5 score against 77. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but the Huawei P40 Lite has 10 version while Huawei P30 Lite has Android 9.0 Pie. The Huawei P40 Lite body is newer, but somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than Huawei P30 Lite.
Huawei P30 Lite features a display that is very similar to the display in Huawei P40 Lite, because although the Huawei P30 Lite has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 1080 x 2312px resolution and a just a little higher screen density. The Huawei P40 Lite has just a little better processing power than Huawei P30 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a larger amount of RAM.
Huawei P30 Lite has much more storage to install applications and games than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Huawei P30 Lite also has an external SD slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Huawei P40 Lite counts with better battery duration than Huawei P30 Lite, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity against 3340mAh.
Huawei P40 Lite features a superior camera than Huawei P30 Lite, and although they both have the same camera sensor size, a F1.8 aperture, the same video quality and the same video frame rate, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a camera with a much better 48 mega pixels resolution.
Even being the best phone in our comparison, the Huawei P40 Lite is also a lot cheaper, making it a great choice.
