Comparison review
Huawei P40 Lite is a little bit better than the Huawei P50E, with a score of 79.5 against 79.3. Even though Huawei P40 Lite is better than the Huawei P50E, it must be noted that it is also a older, a little bit heavier and a little thicker device. Huawei P40 Lite comes with Android 10 operating system, and Huawei P50E comes with HarmonyOS 2 operating system.
Huawei P50E features a little faster CPU than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei P50E also has more RAM. Huawei P50E features a slightly better looking display than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a little bit bigger display, a just a bit better pixel count in each inch of display and a quite better resolution of 1224 x 2700.
Huawei P40 Lite captures much clearer pictures and videos than Huawei P50E, although it has a lower 48 megapixels resolution back-facing camera, they both have a same size aperture. The Huawei P50E's storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos is just as good as Huawei P40 Lite's one, both of them have equal internal memory.
Huawei P40 Lite features just a bit longer battery duration than Huawei P50E, because it has a 2% bigger battery capacity.
