Comparison review
Huawei P40 Lite is a little bit better than the Huawei Pocket S, getting a general score of 79.5 against 78.2. Huawei P40 Lite is a notably older and somewhat thicker phone than Huawei Pocket S, but Huawei managed to make it just a little lighter anyway. The Huawei P40 Lite comes with Android 10 OS, while Huawei Pocket S comes with HarmonyOS 3 OS.
Huawei Pocket S features a little better performance than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Huawei Pocket S also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Huawei Pocket S counts with a little more vivid display than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a little bit higher display pixels density, a bit bigger screen and a quite better resolution of 1188 x 2790 pixels.
The Huawei Pocket S's memory for games and applications is very similar to the Huawei P40 Lite one, both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory. The Huawei P40 Lite has a little longer battery life than Huawei Pocket S, because it has a 4200mAh battery size against 4000mAh. The Huawei P40 Lite shoots way better photos and videos than Huawei Pocket S, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a more MP back camera.
