Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Lite has an overall score of 79.5, which is slightly better than LG Q8's global score of 77.2. Although Huawei P40 Lite is extremely newer than LG Q8, it's just a little bit thicker and much heavier. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P40 Lite has older 10 version while LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat version.
Huawei P40 Lite has just a little better processing power than LG Q8, because it has more RAM memory and a greater number of faster cores. The LG Q8 features a brighter display than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a greater display pixel density.
The LG Q8 features much more storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 1,95 TB. The Huawei P40 Lite shoots slightly better pictures and videos than LG Q8, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, a same size aperture and the same video resolution, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back and a lot larger back camera sensor which offers a lot higher image and video quality.
Huawei P40 Lite features a superior battery life than LG Q8, because it has a 4200mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.
