Comparison review
LG V30S ThinQ has an overall score of 82.5, which is a bit better than the Huawei P40 Lite's 79.5 score. The LG V30S ThinQ is an older cellphone than the Huawei P40 Lite, but LG made it somewhat thinner and lighter. These phones work with Android OS, but LG V30S ThinQ has newer 8.0 Oreo version while Huawei P40 Lite has Android 10 version.
LG V30S ThinQ counts with a little bit better processing power than Huawei P40 Lite. Both of them have a Octa-Core processor and the same RAM memory amount. LG V30S ThinQ features a bit more vivid display than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2880px and a greater pixels amount in each inch in the display.
The Huawei P40 Lite captures clearer photographs and videos than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Huawei P40 Lite also counts with a lot larger sensor shooting way higher quality photographs and a lot better 48 MP resolution back-facing camera.
The LG V30S ThinQ has much more memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have equal internal storage, the LG V30S ThinQ also has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Huawei P40 Lite features better battery lifetime than LG V30S ThinQ, because it has a 27% more battery capacity.
Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei P40 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Huawei P40 Lite. So if you need that extra features, you can buy LG V30S ThinQ, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Huawei P40 Lite, letting go a couple specifications.
