Comparison review
The Motorola edge has a global score of 89.6, which is better than the Huawei P40 Lite's score of 79.5. Both of these phones come with the same Android 10 OS (operating system). Motorola edge is a just a little thicker and a bit heavier phone than Huawei P40 Lite. The Motorola edge features a little faster processor than Huawei P40 Lite. Both have a Octa-Core processor and the same RAM amount.
The Huawei P40 Lite counts with a bit better looking display than Motorola edge, because although it has a bit smaller display and a little worse 1080 x 2310 resolution, it also counts with a little higher pixel count per screen inch. Motorola edge has a very superior memory to store more games and applications than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has more internal memory and a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.
Motorola edge features a better camera than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have the same camera aperture, the Motorola edge also has a bigger sensor providing a higher image quality, a much more MP back camera and a way higher (4K) video resolution. The Motorola edge has just a little bit longer battery duration than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a 7% more battery capacity.
Although Motorola edge is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Huawei P40 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei P40 Lite. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy Huawei P40 Lite, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
