The Huawei P40 Lite is just a bit better than the Motorola Edge 40, having a 79.5 score against 77.2. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei P40 Lite has older 10 version and Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13. Even being the best we are comparing here, it must be told that it is also a noticeably older, thicker and just a little heavier cellphone.
The Huawei P40 Lite counts with a very superior processing unit than Motorola Edge 40, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Motorola Edge 40 features a bit better screen than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a bit bigger display, a little more pixels per inch of display and a little higher 1080 x 2400 resolution.
Huawei P40 Lite and Motorola Edge 40 count with extremely similar memory to store more games and applications, both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity. Motorola Edge 40 takes slightly better pictures and videos than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a much bigger camera sensor capturing lot higher quality videos and photos, a back-facing camera with a higher resolution, a much larger aperture for better low-light captures and video and a much higher 3840x2160 video definition.
Motorola Edge 40 features just a little better battery life than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has 4400mAh of battery capacity instead of 4200mAh.
