The Huawei P40 Lite is just a bit better than the Motorola Edge 40 Neo, with a 79.5 score against 77. Both devices in this review come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei P40 Lite has 10 version and Motorola Edge 40 Neo has Android 13. Despite being the best in this review, we must note that it's also a lot older, just a bit heavier and just a little bit thicker.
The Motorola Edge 40 Neo features a brighter display than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a little bit better display density, a little bit larger display and a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 resolution. The Huawei P40 Lite counts with a much powerful CPU than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
The Motorola Edge 40 Neo has a slightly better camera than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo also has a more MP back facing camera, a way bigger sensor and a way higher 3840x2160 video resolution. The Huawei P40 Lite and the Motorola Edge 40 Neo both feature really similar memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos, they have equal 128 GB internal memory.
The Motorola Edge 40 Neo counts with improved battery duration than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a 19 percent bigger battery size.
