The Huawei P40 Lite has a general score of 79.5, which is a bit better than OnePlus 8 UW's 75.9 general score. Both phones in our current comparison use the same Android 10 operating system. Even though Huawei P40 Lite is a better cellphone than the OnePlus 8 UW, we must highlight that it's also a little bit thicker and a little bit heavier.
The OnePlus 8 UW has a little faster CPU than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a larger amount of RAM. OnePlus 8 UW has a more vivid screen than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a just a bit more pixels per inch of screen, a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a little bigger display.
OnePlus 8 UW takes a bit better pictures and videos than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have the same camera aperture, a same size sensor and a back camera with a 48 megapixels resolution, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition. Huawei P40 Lite and OnePlus 8 UW both count with very similar storage for applications, games, photos and videos, both of them have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory.
The OnePlus 8 UW has just a bit longer battery duration than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity.
Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, Huawei P40 Lite is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
