Comparison review
Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is slightly better than Huawei P40 Lite's 79.5 global score. The Galaxy Note Edge is an notably older cellphone than Huawei P40 Lite, but Samsung was able to build it a little bit lighter and just a little thinner anyway. Both devices we are comparing include Android operating system, but Galaxy Note Edge has 5.0 version and Huawei P40 Lite has Android 10.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a little bit better hardware performance than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with a graphics co-processor. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a much better screen than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a better screen pixel density.
The Huawei P40 Lite features a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video quality, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a way bigger sensor capturing much better quality photos, a much better 48 MP resolution camera in the back and a bigger camera aperture to capture better images and videos in poorly lited situations.
Huawei P40 Lite has a much greater storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage. Huawei P40 Lite has a very superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity.
Galaxy Note Edge is a bit more expensive than Huawei P40 Lite, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
