The Samsung Galaxy Note5 is a little bit better than the Huawei P40 Lite, having a overall score of 80.2 against 79.5. Despite of the fact that Samsung Galaxy Note5 is older than the Huawei P40 Lite, it's construction is just a bit lighter and thinner. The Huawei P40 Lite has a bit better performance than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
