Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is much better than Huawei P40 Lite's overall score of 79.5. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version while Huawei P40 Lite has Android 10 version, offering some nice extra features. Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better cellphone than Huawei P40 Lite, we must highlight that it's also a a bit thicker and somewhat heavier cellphone.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit more vivid screen than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a quite larger screen, a higher pixel number in each inch in the display and a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a much better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit better hardware performance than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has greater battery performance than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 4200mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G captures much better videos and photos than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture and the same camera sensor size, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a much more MP camera and a much higher video quality.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Huawei P40 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei P40 Lite. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Huawei P40 Lite, letting go a couple specs and features.
