The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is slightly better than Huawei P40 Lite, getting an 85.7 score against 79.5. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has an older 5.0 version and Huawei P40 Lite has Android 10. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is an way older device than Huawei P40 Lite, but Samsung made it lighter and somewhat thinner.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a lot better looking screen than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixel density and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a little faster CPU than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has 3 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and a 64-bits CPU.
Galaxy S6 Edge's memory to install applications and games is just as good as Huawei P40 Lite's one, both of them have exactly the same internal memory. The Huawei P40 Lite has a very superior camera than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition and the same video frame rates, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a way larger sensor taking way better quality videos and pictures, a back camera with lot more mega-pixels and a bigger aperture to take better low-light captures.
Huawei P40 Lite features a superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity.
Galaxy S6 Edge is a little more expensive than the Huawei P40 Lite, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
