Samsung Galaxy S8 is just a bit better than the Huawei P40 Lite, with a overall score of 81.7 against 79.5. The Samsung Galaxy S8 is an older device than the Huawei P40 Lite, but Samsung managed to make it a bit thinner and somewhat lighter. Samsung Galaxy S8 and Huawei P40 Lite count with very similar CPUs, and although the Samsung Galaxy S8 has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
Samsung Galaxy S8 counts with just a bit better screen than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater screen pixels density and a better 1440 x 2960 resolution. Galaxy S8 features a slightly better storage capacity for games and applications than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has 0 less internal memory, it also counts with a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB.
