Comparison review
The Xperia 1 VI has a global score of 83.2, which is slightly better than the Huawei P40 Lite's score of 79.5. Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but Xperia 1 VI has a more recent 14 version and Huawei P40 Lite has Android 10, so it provides the user a lot of extra features. The Xperia 1 VI is a much lighter and noticeably thinner cellphone than the Huawei P40 Lite.
The Xperia 1 VI features a bit better screen than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a quite larger display, way more pixels per inch in the screen and a lot higher resolution of 1644 x 3840px. Xperia 1 VI features a way bigger storage to store more games and applications than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 1 TB and 256 GB internal storage.
Huawei P40 Lite has a very superior hardware performance than Sony Xperia 1 VI, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Xperia 1 VI features a superior camera than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is worse for capturing pictures and videos in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same resolution back-facing camera, the Xperia 1 VI also counts with a much higher video definition and a way bigger sensor providing a way better image quality.
