Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Pro has an overall score of 88.2, which is just a bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition's global score of 87.4. Both of these devices come with the same Android 10 operating system, so they should provide the user identical operating system features. Even though the Huawei P40 Pro and the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition were only released with a couple of months difference, the Huawei P40 Pro is thinner and somewhat lighter.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition counts with a bit sharper screen than Huawei P40 Pro, although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a just a bit less pixels per inch of display, they both have a display with the same size. Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition features a way bigger memory to install applications and games than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity.
Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition features a bit more powerful processing unit than Huawei P40 Pro. They have a 8 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has a much longer battery lifetime than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition captures just a bit better videos and photos than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a lot tinier back-facing camera sensor providing a lot worse image quality, it also counts with a bigger aperture for better low-light images and videos, a way better 7680x4320 video resolution and a camera in the back with a much higher resolution.
