Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Pro has a general score of 88.2, which is a little bit better than Asus ROG Phone 5s's 84.9 general score. The Huawei P40 Pro construction is somewhat lighter and thinner than the Asus ROG Phone 5s, even though it was released a bit more further than a year before. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P40 Pro has an older 10 version and Asus ROG Phone 5s has Android 12 version.
Asus ROG Phone 5s features a little more vivid display than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2448 and a little less pixels per display inch, it also counts with a bit larger display. Asus ROG Phone 5s features as much memory to store more games and applications as the Huawei P40 Pro one, both of them have exactly the same internal storage capacity.
The Asus ROG Phone 5s counts with a bit better hardware performance than Huawei P40 Pro. Both of them have 8 processing cores and the same RAM amount. The Asus ROG Phone 5s takes just a bit better videos and photos than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a lot smaller sensor taking less light and duller colors, it also counts with a lot higher 7680x4320 video resolution, a bigger aperture and a back-facing camera with a much better 64 mega-pixels resolution.
The Asus ROG Phone 5s counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
