The Huawei P40 Pro has an overall score of 88.2, which is better than the Google Pixel 3a XL's global score of 78.9. Both devices in this review include Android OS, but the Huawei P40 Pro has the older 10 version while Google Pixel 3a XL has Android 11. Although Huawei P40 Pro is newer than the Google Pixel 3a XL, it's just a bit thicker and heavier.
The Huawei P40 Pro counts with a bit better looking screen than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a little bit higher 1200 x 2640 pixels resolution, a bit larger display and a little more pixels per inch in the screen.
