Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Pro has an overall score of 88.2, which is better than the Huawei Mate 20's score of 79.5. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P40 Pro has an older 10 version and Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie. Although Huawei P40 Pro is newer than Huawei Mate 20, it is a bit thicker and heavier.
The Huawei Mate 20 has a little more vivid screen than Huawei P40 Pro, although it has a little bit smaller screen, a little bit lower 1080 x 2244 pixels resolution and a bit worse display density. The Huawei Mate 20 and Huawei P40 Pro count with similar storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos, they have exactly the same internal storage capacity.
The Huawei P40 Pro features a little better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM. The Huawei P40 Pro has a very superior camera than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for taking photos and videos in low light environments, and they both have the same video definition, the Huawei P40 Pro also counts with a lot higher resolution back facing camera, higher 60 frames per second video frame rates and a much bigger sensor shooting lot higher quality photos.
The Huawei P40 Pro has just a little bit longer battery life than Huawei Mate 20, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
