Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro is slightly better than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, having an 88.2 score against 82.9. Huawei P40 Pro's design is newer, but just a bit thicker and a little heavier than Huawei Mate 20 Pro. Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a slightly better looking display than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 3120 resolution and a just a little higher screen density.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has as much storage capacity for games and applications as Huawei P40 Pro, they have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage. Huawei P40 Pro features a bit superior processing unit than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei P40 Pro also has more RAM.
Huawei P40 Pro shoots just a bit better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Huawei P40 Pro also counts with higher 60 frames per second video frame rate, a better 50 mega pixels resolution camera in the back and a way bigger back camera sensor shooting lot higher quality pictures and videos.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro and Huawei P40 Pro count with quite similar batteries performance.
