Comparison review
The Huawei Mate X has a general score of 89.4, which is slightly better than Huawei P40 Pro's general score of 88.2. Even being the best phone in this review, the Huawei Mate X is a thicker and heavier phone than the Huawei P40 Pro. These devices include Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate X has newer 9.0 Pie version and Huawei P40 Pro has Android 10 version.
Huawei P40 Pro features just a bit better looking screen than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a way lower 1200 x 2640 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixels quantity in each inch in the screen. Huawei P40 Pro counts with a bit faster processing unit than Huawei Mate X. Both have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores.
Huawei P40 Pro counts with a way better camera than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for low-light photos and videos, it also counts with a higher resolution back facing camera and a much larger sensor which gives a lot better image and video quality. The Huawei Mate X has a very superior memory capacity for apps and games than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has 512 GB internal memory capacity.
Huawei Mate X counts with a bit better battery life than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 4200mAh.
