Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro has an overall score of 88.2, which is better than the Huawei P10 Plus's 79.8 overall score. The Huawei P40 Pro design is newer, but notably thicker and a lot heavier than Huawei P10 Plus. The Huawei P10 Plus has a slightly better looking display than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher 1440 x 2560 resolution and a bit greater pixel amount per inch in the display.
The Huawei P10 Plus features a much bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Huawei P40 Pro, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Huawei P10 Plus also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 256 GB. Huawei P40 Pro features a bit superior processing unit than Huawei P10 Plus, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei P40 Pro also has more RAM.
The Huawei P40 Pro has a bit superior battery life than Huawei P10 Plus, because it has a 4200mAh battery capacity instead of 3750mAh. Huawei P40 Pro shoots much clearer videos and photos than Huawei P10 Plus, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Huawei P40 Pro also counts with a camera in the back with lot more MP and faster 60 frames per second video frame rates.
