Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Pro has a global score of 88.2, which is a little bit better than Huawei P40's overall score of 86.4. Even being the best in this review, we must note that it is also somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker. Both of these phones have the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding operating system features.
Huawei P40 Pro counts with a slightly better looking display than Huawei P40, because it has a just a bit greater display density, a quite larger display and a slightly higher 1200 x 2640 resolution. The Huawei P40's processor is just as good as the Huawei P40 Pro one, and although the Huawei P40 has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores.
Huawei P40 and Huawei P40 Pro both have very similar storage capacity for games and applications, they have the same internal storage. Huawei P40 Pro counts with a bit longer battery duration than Huawei P40, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity against 3800mAh. Huawei P40 Pro takes a bit better photos and videos than Huawei P40. They have a same resolution back-facing camera, a same size aperture, the same camera sensor size, the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same 60 fps video frame rates.
