Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Pro has a score of 88.2, which is better than the Huawei P40 Lite's score of 79.5. Both of these phones have the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any differences regarding that. Although Huawei P40 Pro is a better phone than Huawei P40 Lite, we must tell that it is also a a little thicker and somewhat heavier phone.
The Huawei P40 Pro has just a bit better hardware performance than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Huawei P40 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM memory. Huawei P40 Pro features just a bit better looking screen than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a little bit greater pixel density, a quite bigger screen and a bit higher resolution of 1200 x 2640 pixels.
Huawei P40 Lite's storage for games and applications is just as good as the Huawei P40 Pro one, both of them have equal internal memory capacity. The Huawei P40 Pro takes much better photographs and videos than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a smaller aperture, it also counts with a back facing camera with a higher resolution, a much higher video definition and a lot bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The Huawei P40 Lite's battery lifetime is just as good as the Huawei P40 Pro one.
