Huawei P40 Pro is much better than the LG G7 One, with an 88.2 score against 76.8. These phones include the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect. Huawei P40 Pro is a newer phone than LG G7 One, although it is heavier and thicker. The Huawei P40 Pro has a bit better CPU than LG G7 One, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei P40 Pro also has more RAM memory.
LG G7 One counts with a bit more vivid screen than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120px and more pixels per inch of display. Huawei P40 Pro features a much better battery performance than LG G7 One, because it has a 4200mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
