Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Pro has an overall score of 88.2, which is just a bit better than LG G8 ThinQ's overall score of 84.3. Huawei P40 Pro's construction is newer than the LG G8 ThinQ's, although it is incredibly heavier and just a little thicker. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Huawei P40 Pro has 10 version and LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie.
LG G8 ThinQ features a more vivid screen than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater screen pixels density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120. The LG G8 ThinQ features a way bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei P40 Pro, and although they both have equal internal storage, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
LG G8 ThinQ's processing unit is just as good as Huawei P40 Pro's processing unit, and although the LG G8 ThinQ has less RAM, they both have 8 cores. The Huawei P40 Pro has longer battery lifetime than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity. Huawei P40 Pro features a way better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a way tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for capturing images or videos in low light situations, and they both have the same video quality and the same 60 fps video frame rate, the Huawei P40 Pro also counts with a lot larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a way better resolution camera.
