Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro has an overall score of 88.2, which is just a bit better than the LG G8S ThinQ's general score of 82.5. Although Huawei P40 Pro is newer than the LG G8S ThinQ, it's somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P40 Pro has an older 10 version and LG G8S ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie.
LG G8S ThinQ has a processing unit that's very similar to the processing unit in Huawei P40 Pro, and although the LG G8S ThinQ has lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Huawei P40 Pro features a bit better screen than LG G8S ThinQ, because it has a bit higher resolution of 1200 x 2640px, a quite larger screen and a just a bit greater amount of pixels per inch in the screen.
LG G8S ThinQ has a superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P40 Pro, and although they both have equal internal storage, the LG G8S ThinQ also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. Huawei P40 Pro features longer battery lifetime than LG G8S ThinQ, because it has a 4200mAh battery size.
The Huawei P40 Pro takes greater photographs and videos than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is worse for low-light photos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Huawei P40 Pro also counts with a camera with way more mega-pixels.
