Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro has a score of 88.2, which is a little bit better than the LG Velvet's 87.1 general score. Huawei P40 Pro is a somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker cellphone than LG Velvet. The Huawei P40 Pro has a little sharper display than LG Velvet, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit better number of pixels per inch of screen and a little higher 1200 x 2640 resolution.
The LG Velvet counts with a much greater memory for apps and games than Huawei P40 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the LG Velvet also has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Huawei P40 Pro counts with a bit superior processor than LG Velvet, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P40 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
The Huawei P40 Pro shoots better pictures and videos than LG Velvet, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for low-light images and videos, and they both have the same video resolution, the Huawei P40 Pro also counts with a back-facing camera with a better 50 mega pixels resolution, a much larger back camera sensor providing a lot better image quality and better 60 frames per second video frame rate.
LG Velvet has just a bit longer battery life than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
