Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro has an overall score of 88.2, which is better than Microsoft Surface Duo's 78.8 global score. Both phones in this comparison review use the same Android 10 OS. Although the Huawei P40 Pro and the Microsoft Surface Duo were released only 5 months apart, the Huawei P40 Pro construction is somewhat lighter but also much thicker than the Microsoft Surface Duo.
Huawei P40 Pro features just a bit better looking screen than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a bit worse 1200 x 2640 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit better pixel density. Microsoft Surface Duo's processing unit is very similar to the Huawei P40 Pro one, and although the Microsoft Surface Duo has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores.
Huawei P40 Pro and Microsoft Surface Duo both have similar storage capacity for games and applications, they have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Huawei P40 Pro has superior battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity instead of 3577mAh.
The Huawei P40 Pro counts with a lot better camera than Microsoft Surface Duo, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a lot higher resolution camera and a bigger aperture to capture better low-light photography.
