Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro has a global score of 88.2, which is much better than Motorola Edge 50 Plus (2024)'s 78.9 global score. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P40 Pro has 10 version while Motorola Edge 50 Plus (2024) has Android 14. Huawei P40 Pro has a more vivid screen than Motorola Edge 50 Plus (2024), because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little higher 1200 x 2640 resolution and a little bit more pixels per inch of display.
Motorola Edge 50 Plus (2024) counts with a very superior memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity. The Huawei P40 Pro counts with a much better performing processing unit than Motorola Edge 50 Plus (2024), although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
Motorola Edge 50 Plus (2024) features a little better battery performance than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has a 4600mAh battery capacity against 4200mAh. Huawei P40 Pro captures much clearer videos and photos than Motorola Edge 50 Plus (2024), and although they both have a 50 MP back camera and the same video resolution, the Huawei P40 Pro also has better 60 fps video frame rate.
