Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Pro is a bit better than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, having a overall score of 88.2 against 86.3. These phones come with Android OS, but the Huawei P40 Pro has an older 10 version and Motorola Edge 50 Pro has Android 14. Even being the best we are comparing here, the Huawei P40 Pro is an extremely older, somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker cellphone than the Motorola Edge 50 Pro.
Huawei P40 Pro has a much greater hardware performance than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Motorola Edge 50 Pro counts with a much better looking screen than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a little inferior count of pixels per screen inch and a bit worse 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a little bigger display.
The Huawei P40 Pro has just a bit better camera than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, because although it has a lot tinier aperture which is not so good for low-light photography, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a same resolution back camera, the Huawei P40 Pro also counts with higher 60 frames per second video frame rates and a larger back camera sensor.
Motorola Edge 50 Pro features a way bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has 512 GB internal storage. Motorola Edge 50 Pro has just a bit longer battery lifetime than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 4200mAh.
