Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Pro has a score of 88.2, which is much better than the Moto G31's 77 global score. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P40 Pro has the previous 10 version while Moto G31 has Android 11. The Huawei P40 Pro is an older, somewhat heavier and a little thicker cellphone than the Moto G31.
Huawei P40 Pro counts with a bit better processor than Moto G31, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P40 Pro also has 4 GB more RAM memory. The Huawei P40 Pro counts with a slightly better display than Moto G31, because it has a bit higher display pixels density, a bit bigger screen and a bit higher resolution of 1200 x 2640px.
Motorola Moto G31 has a much bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB.
