Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro is slightly better than Motorola Moto G9 Plus, having a overall score of 88.2 against 80.5. Both phones we compare here have the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any difference in that aspect. Even when the Huawei P40 Pro and the Motorola Moto G9 Plus were only released with a couple of months difference, the Huawei P40 Pro is just a little bit lighter and a bit thinner.
The Huawei P40 Pro has just a bit better processing power than Motorola Moto G9 Plus, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM. Huawei P40 Pro counts with just a bit better looking display than Moto G9 Plus, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit better pixel amount in each inch of display and a bit higher resolution of 1200 x 2640px.
Motorola Moto G9 Plus has a way bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P40 Pro, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Motorola Moto G9 Plus also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 512 GB. The Motorola Moto G9 Plus has better battery lifetime than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
The Huawei P40 Pro has a slightly better camera than Motorola Moto G9 Plus, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a tinier camera aperture and a much less megapixels resolution back camera, it also counts with a lot larger back-facing camera sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and pictures.
