Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro has a score of 88.2, which is better than Moto Z2 Play's 77.4 score. Even though the Huawei P40 Pro is way newer than Moto Z2 Play, it's thicker and noticeably heavier. The Huawei P40 Pro counts with a little more vivid screen than Moto Z2 Play, because it has a better 1200 x 2640px resolution, a larger screen and a little bit greater pixels density.
The Huawei P40 Pro has a bit superior CPU than Moto Z2 Play, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM. The Moto Z2 Play has a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Huawei P40 Pro shoots greater pictures and videos than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low light images and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Huawei P40 Pro also counts with a much higher 50 megapixels resolution back-facing camera and better video frame rate.
