Comparison review
Galaxy A71 5G UW has a score of 92.9, which is a little bit better than Huawei P40 Pro's 88.2 overall score. Both phones in this review come with the same Android 10 OS (operating system). The Galaxy A71 5G UW body is somewhat lighter and a bit thinner than Huawei P40 Pro, even when both of them were released with only 3 months difference.
Huawei P40 Pro has a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy A71 5G UW. Both of them have the same number of cores and a 8 GB RAM. The Huawei P40 Pro features a little bit better display than Samsung Galaxy A71 5G UW, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little greater pixels amount per inch of screen and a quite better resolution of 1200 x 2640px.
The Samsung Galaxy A71 5G UW features a much bigger memory for apps and games than Huawei P40 Pro, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G UW also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. The Huawei P40 Pro features a little bit better camera than Galaxy A71 5G UW, because although it has a back facing camera with way less MP, a smaller aperture which is not so good for low-light photos and a lower 3840x2160 video quality, it also counts with a much larger sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and pictures.
The Galaxy A71 5G UW has a bit superior battery life than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 4200mAh.
