Huawei P40 Pro has a general score of 88.2, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy M40's general score of 85. Huawei P40 Pro is a newer phone than the Galaxy M40, although it is somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier. These devices have the same Android 10 OS. The Huawei P40 Pro features a little bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy M40, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei P40 Pro also has more RAM memory.
Huawei P40 Pro has a little more vivid screen than Galaxy M40, because it has a just a bit more pixels per display inch, a slightly higher 1200 x 2640 resolution and a quite larger screen. The Huawei P40 Pro takes much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy M40, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for taking pictures in low-light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Huawei P40 Pro also counts with a back facing camera with a much better resolution, better 60 fps video frame rates and a way larger camera sensor providing a much higher image quality.
