Comparison review
Galaxy S10 is slightly better than the Huawei P40 Pro, having an 88.3 score against 88.2. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S10 has a more recent 11 version while Huawei P40 Pro has Android 10, providing you a couple additional features. The Galaxy S10 construction is thinner and incredibly lighter than the Huawei P40 Pro, even though it was released about a year before.
Galaxy S10 features just a bit better looking screen than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1440 x 3040px and a greater count of pixels per inch in the screen. The Galaxy S10 has a much bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Huawei P40 Pro, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy S10 also has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
Galaxy S10's processor is just as good as the CPU in Huawei P40 Pro, both of them have a 8 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core CPU. The Huawei P40 Pro shoots much better pictures and videos than Galaxy S10, because although it has a lot smaller aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Huawei P40 Pro also counts with a back camera with a lot better 50 MP resolution and a much larger sensor capturing way better quality videos and pictures.
The Huawei P40 Pro counts with longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S10, because it has a 24 percent greater battery capacity.
