Comparison review
The Galaxy S10 5G has an overall score of 93.6, which is a bit better than Huawei P40 Pro's 88.2 global score. The Galaxy S10 5G body is somewhat thinner and a little bit lighter than Huawei P40 Pro, despite of the fact that it was released about 11 months before. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S10 5G has a newer 11 version while Huawei P40 Pro has Android 10 version, so it offers lots of additional features.
The Galaxy S10 5G's processing unit is very similar to the Huawei P40 Pro one, both have 8 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit. The Galaxy S10 5G features just a bit better looking screen than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has a quite better resolution of 1440 x 3040, a little larger screen and a just a little more pixels per inch of display.
The Huawei P40 Pro has a greater camera than Galaxy S10 5G, because although it has a way tinier aperture which is not good for low light images, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 60 fps video frame rates, the Huawei P40 Pro also counts with a much bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a way better image quality and a back-facing camera with lot more mega pixels.
Galaxy S10 5G features a lot bigger storage to install applications and games than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity. The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G has a bit better battery life than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 4200mAh.
